A juíza de Direito Andrea Ferraz Musa, da 2ª vara Cível do foro de Pinheiros/SP, determinou a suspensão da CNH do devedor e ainda, a apreensão de seu passaporte, até o pagamento da dívida. Para magistrada, medida coercitiva garantirá a execução. (Veja abaixo a íntegra da decisão.)
