Quem estiver devendo pensão alimentícia poderá ter a carteira de motorista suspensa e o passaporte apreendido ou proibido de ser emitido, assim como ter suspenso o direito de participar de licitações públicas e ser proibido de firmar contratos com a administração pública. É o que propõe a senadora Lídice da Mata (PSB-BA), no Projeto de Lei do Senado (PLS) 427/2016, em análise na Comissão de Constituição, Justiça e Cidadania (CCJ).
